Our gratitude is also extended to the Reverend Anthony Hick for his service and very moving tribute to Elaine. To Dr. A. R. Webb of High Street Surgery for his care and kindness and to the Sisters and staff at the Manor and Queen Elizabeth Hospitals for their understanding and compassion towards Elaine in her last hours.
